Tri‑Alta Oilfield Industries Ltd. operates from an 80,000 sq. ft. Alberta-based facility supporting manufacturing, assembly, inventory, and technical functions.

The space was purpose-built to support Tri‑Alta’s manufacturing requirements. The facility includes integrated infrastructure such as underground electrical routing and a functional mezzanine, allowing for efficient use of space and organized workflow across operations.

Work is carried out with a focus on quality control, material handling, and responsiveness to field requirements.

The facility was built with a LEAN consultant and features full production flow with drive-thru lanes on both ends: the north end accepts raw materials while finished products are loaded from the south end, allowing efficient north-to-south workflow.

Edmonton-Based Operations

Tri‑Alta’s Edmonton facility supports core operations including manufacturing coordination, assembly, inspection, inventory management, and administrative functions.

The location provides access to skilled labour, supply partners, and transportation routes supporting activity across Alberta and Western Canada. Close proximity between teams allows for direct communication between manufacturing, quality, and technical support.

Manufacturing and Assembly

The facility supports machining coordination, assembly processes, inspection, and product preparation.

Workflow is organized to maintain control over quality, handling, and traceability from incoming components through to final output. The setup allows for both standard production and application-specific work.

Inventory and Logistics

Operations include inventory management and logistics coordination to align product availability with customer timelines.

Stocked items, staged components, and ongoing production are managed together to support both planned programs and time-sensitive requirements.
